linkdoozer makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of our content (Content). linkdoozer is not liable for omissions or typographical errors contained in the Content. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any Content shall be at your own risk.

If a party for whom Content has been published discovers an error or omission in the Content, it is that party's obligation to notify linkdoozer of the error or omission; however, linkdoozer does not warrant that such error or omission will be corrected.

All transactions made based on information from the Services are solely between you and the Vendor. Your sole rights and remedies shall be against the Vendor. linkdoozer reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you shall not in any event settle any matter related hereto without the written consent of linkdoozer.

linkdoozer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services. linkdoozer does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or virus free; nor does linkdoozer make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the Services or their Content.

The Services and their Content are distributed on an "as is, as available" basis. linkdoozer MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OF IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

linkdoozer is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site referenced on its Services or in its communications. You should contact the site administrator of those external sites if you have any concerns regarding the content located on them.

Links to and from linkdoozer and its sites do not constitute an endorsement by linkdoozer of any third party products or services.

Submitted content

You agree that any content you submit to linkdoozer may be used by us at our discretion. You also agree that any content you submit is entirely original unless prior permission to reproduce said content has been obtained by the owner of the content in writing.

You agree to take full responsibility for any actions arising from the publication of your content.

Website and webpage listings

You agree that any website or webpage you submit will not contain or link directly to any content that contains graphic images or descriptions of violence, hate, racism, abuse or pornography.

We reserve the right to decide, completely at our own discretion, which websites and pages to include in our listings. We also reserve the right to randomly inspect listed sites to ensure that no material that contravenes our guidelines has been introduced.

We reserve the right to categorize and review websites as we please. This includes modifying and re-categorizing websites as required.

In the event that we are forced to remove a listing that has introduced disqualifying content, you will NOT be entitled to a refund and the listing will be removed at your cost.

In the event that you make a payment and, for whatever reason, we cannot publish your listing, you are entitled to a full refund.

Advertising campaigns

Linkdoozer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to determine which advertising campaigns to implement. Once an ad campaign has been published and approved by you, we will not provide refunds, pro rata or otherwise.

If we are unable to display your ads, for whatever reason, you are entitled to a pro rata refund.

Acceptance

Your continued use of the Services constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms, including any changes or modifications made by linkdoozer. If at any time these terms are not acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the Services.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these terms to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible to further the intent of these terms, and the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and linkdoozer with respect to your use of the Services.

Modifications

linkdoozer may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any database, feature, or content, without prior notice or liability. linkdoozer reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of these terms at any time.
