CafePress is the Internet's answer to a craft market. It has a cool drag and drop interface that allows you to put together your own t-shirts (along with other merchandise, such as mugs, caps etc) and then sell them from their website - super fun if you've got a hankering to express yourself in a unique way.

CafePress has a community of over six million users, all creating, designing selling and buying their own custom made wares. I'll be honest, there's a lot of stuff there that you wouldn't find me dead with... but, more often than not you'll find something really funny or original and shopping there can really be a great way to find unique gifts.
